#SIX: Affirmations

 Are you your own worst critic? If you’re anything like us, you may feel you talk yourself in a way you would never dream of talking to your best friend or even a stranger.

So this week we’re talking affirmations. Imagine what would happen if you could speak to yourself in an entirely new way. Fair. Respectful. Even, and let’s not be too radical but, quite nice. Because wouldn’t that be so much better and less exhausting? Yeah, we think so too.
