Ruth and Rebecca chat all things morning routines and how to try and set yourself up for an anxiety-free day.

We have a go at exploring how anxiety and intrusive thoughts bring a whole other element to morning routines. Far from perfect, we have found just trying out a few strategies can create the day and mindset you need to feel a bit happier. Believing you really can improve your life, through small changes, and not writing off a bad moment as a bad day is a great way to start!

    Another really good podcast I think sharing books or techniques you have found helpful is always a help for others and how you can adapt it to your day as like most things we are all different and so will our daily routine be different. Thank you
