    Hi I’ve listened to all three and they are a great way to share your experiences and what has helped also adding humour and being human. I remember the after effects of one being not being able to go into hospital to visit anyone. Visualising and talking to the feelings and repeating ‘this to shall pass’ got me through also I found in a way making friends with the feelings and excepting them and thanking them for what they have taught me helped. I know at the beginning of my recovery journey I may have found this difficult to accept but with, small steps and support I got there which is good as I help run groups on the psychiatric unit where I was always a patient. Thank you ladies the blogs are great oh and love the music xxx Marie
