We’re super excited to share with you the first two episodes of the Mad Women podcast. In general we will be publishing one a week but we thought it made sense for you to hear a couple from us for our launch.

Looking back, what would we have wanted to know and said to ourselves when we first started experiencing really bad mental health.

Episode two: How we think about our anxiety and intrusive thoughts

How we talk about, visualise and laugh at our mental health.

This is actually the first ever podcast we recorded. All our podcasts are natural and un-edited. This one particularly so. We felt it made more sense second.
